Terms of service.

1. Handmade Pottery Pieces

All items in our shop are handcrafted, making each piece truly one of a kind. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations in colour, size, and texture may occur compared to the images shown on our website. While we do our best to accurately represent each item, these small differences are part of what makes handmade pottery special and unique.

 

2. Restocking and Limited Pieces

Our collections are restocked on a periodic basis, but please note that some items are limited edition or available in small quantities. Once sold out, these pieces may not be restocked. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing it promptly to avoid missing out.

 

3. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that issues can arise. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items unless they arrived that way.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means a replacement or refund.


 

4. Shipping

  • Shipping Locations: For the moment, we only ship nationally:

    • Portugal

  • Expected Delivery Time:

    • Portugal: 5-10 business days

These are reference delivery times, calculated from the day you place your order, including the time needed to prepare your packaging and shipping documents.

Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to arrive depending on circumstances beyond our control.
